A young man with learning disabilities who has written and illustrated his firstchildren’s story book visited friends in his local library recently.
Rohan Stevenson-Robb aged 19 from Banchory is a student of the CamphillCairnlee Community in Bieldside and together with co-worker and friend Craig Harper they produced a heart-warming children’s story called The Lazy Monster.
Liz Gervaise, Senior Library Assistant said: ‘It’s a beautiful book and it is wonderful to see Rohan create this. He was a regular visitor to the library as a child and we have watched him develop over the years – and now he is a published author. His books are flying out of the library.’
NE Libraries liked the story so much that they bought six copies forAberdeenshire so the book is available anywhere in the North East.
