The Alford Heritage Museum will host a ‘Family Fun Day’ this Sunday, April 3, from 10:00am till 4:00pm.
Entrance fee for everyone during the School Holidays is fixed at £2 per person and increases to £5 for Adults, £4 Concessions and £2 for Children on Monday 18th of April.
The fund Day will include many fun activities such as dress-up, drawing and bookmarking as well as the chance to explore all corners of the museum.
Children will also be able to enjoy and maybe even join in the reading, rhyming and singing sessions for all some favourite poems by Charles Murray and traditional north east songs.
This year Alford Heritage Museum celebrates its 25th Anniversary.
The museum’s volunteers have been busy over the winter period fixing and titivating in anticipation for their busiest and most exciting year yet.
The focus over the winter has been in making sure that all age groups within the community and surrounding areas each have something that will make their visit to the heritage museum both memorable and enjoyable.
The Museum’s doors will open for the 25th season this Saturday, April 2, from 10.00 am – 4.00 pm.
