Olympic Park boss key speaker to Cairngorm businesses

Businesses around the Cairngorms National Park are to learn the secrets of first class customer experience from the Olympic Games Park Manager next month.

Clive Stephens, General Manager of the Olympic Park, London 2012 will share his vision and insight into customer experiences at the Cairngorms Business Partnership Conference on November 8 in a session aimed at giving businesses the building blocks of customer care suited to any business.

Alan Rankin, Chief Executive of the CBP said: “Securing Clive as our key note speaker at our annual business conference is a real coup. Having just delivered ‘The greatest show on earth’, and satisfying the needs of over 5 million visitors to the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympics, Clive knows exactly how to deliver first class customer experiences on a minute by minute basis, and I know businesses around the Park can benefit from his advice and vast knowledge.”
