Stewart Milne Homes is preparing to open the doors to the showhome at its newest development in Aberdeenshire.

Buyers will be able to visit the Cramond showhome at The Gardens at Crathes from Saturday, January 10, to get a taste of what life could be like at the development.

Over the opening weekend, afternoon tea will be available to visitors between noon and 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Deeside development consists of 35 luxury detached family homes, all with four or five bedrooms.

There will be eight home designs to choose from, including two which have been designed exclusively for the new development.

With one of the most sought after post codes in Aberdeenshire, potential residents will be able to enjoy the stunning Deeside scenery including Crathes Castle and the River Dee.

Each property has its own space and outlook and many are positioned to overlook open fields and countryside surrounding the development or out towards the River Dee.

Mike Sutcliffe, sales and marketing director for Stewart Milne Homes, said: “Crathes is definitely one of the most desirable places to live in Aberdeenshire and we’d advise anyone who is interested to visit the showhome as soon as possible as it’s certain to be very popular.

“We’re looking forward to christening the new show home and treating visitors to a lovely afternoon tea.”

While work to instal a sewer is undertaken at Crathes, commuters have been warned that the A93 Crathes to Banchory road will be subject to traffic management measures for 12 weeks from the beginning of January 2015.

The new sewer will serve the Crathes housing development.
