Pupils’ campaign

The Hill of Banchory Pupil Council took their anti-dog mess campaign to the streets last week.

The council has been out and about with Aberdeenshire Council dog warden, Gillian Abel, handing out flyers and putting up posters to encourage dog owners to act responsibly and “pick up” after their pets.

The pupils are using local woods in Banchory and Crathes as part of their Forest Schools learning and are keen to help keep the woodland and local streets as clean as possible.
