Aboyne and Upper Deeside Rotary club played host to a group of visiting Rotarians from the maritime provinces of Canada last week.
The five Rotarians are from clubs in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
They gave a presentation to the local members and discussed areas of services to their local communities, and to international charitable projects.
The visitors also discussed recruitment of new members and how Rotary clubs all over the world give people a great opportunity to help others, as well as making new friends.
All the visitors are past presidents of their local clubs.
Duncan Conrad is a former District Governor and Marlene Lovett is a former Assistant District Governor.
