Scottish Dance Theatre (SDT), Scotland’s national contemporary dance company, returns to Woodend Barn with two events on Saturday 28 April.

What on Earth!? blends dance theatre and animation in a show for children based around the idea of a curious nocturnal journey full of surprise encounters with strange flora and fauna.

For adults, the evening sees the performance of Scottish Dance Theatre’s Spring Tour. The programme of four pieces includes a new group work Pavlova’s Dogs, specially created for SDT by Rachel Lopez de la Nieta.

My Sweet Little Fur by Israeli choreographer Idan Cohen is a dialogue between a man and the hounds residing in him. Audiences will also be treated to the choreographic skill and talent coming from within the company in Love Games by Joan Clevillé and All in the Grip by Natalie Trewinnard.
