Skipper Ian Pennington lost the toss and was asked to bat on a soft, unpredictable wicket.
Banchory soon lost opener Carl Coursell, misjudging a slower ball and being caught for 5.
Josh Crawley soon followed for 1 which brought skipper Penningt
on to the crease to join opener Richard Perry.
Both batsmen struggled against accurate bowling and an unpredictable wicket before Perry's innings came to an end for a valuable 39.
Tom Taggart was then dismissed without troubling the scorers which brought Will Rowett to join his captain. Both batsmen began punishing some wayward bowling and put on an important partnership of 41.
When Rowett was dismissed for 17, Calum Wilson joined Pennington and only managed to score 3 runs before he was unfortunate to be run out by his captain.
Ken Campbell scored a quickfire 11 before being caught behind whilst Calum Dickenson was bowled for 1 trying to keep the scoreboard ticking over.
Dave Abbott then went for a duck, his third on the trot, whilst Sean Wicks ended on 0 not out.
Pennington played a captain's innings finishing on an excellent and valuable 73 not out.
After tea, Pennington opened with Richard Perry and Sean Hicks. Both were loose and were replaced by Ian Pennington and Calum Wilson and it was the former who made the breakthrough, having Satya caught by wicketkeeper Will Rowett for 27.
In Pennington's next over he had the dangerous Eric Davidson also caught behind to a wonderful diving catch by Rowett.
Rowett got his third catch of the day from S Anderson, also off the bowling of Pennington.
With the score on 83 for 3 the game was in the balance when Calum Dickinson replaced the unusually expensive Wison.
Dickinson's second over turned the game Banchory's way when he clean bowled Gray for 4 and then had S Davidson caught by Tom Taggart at fine leg of the very next ball.
Perry then replaced the tiring Pennington and took the next three wickets, two being bowled and Rowett's fourth catch of the day accounting for the other wicket.
With D Vegas running himself out, that left Wicks to trap last man Thomas LBW for 0 and Kintore were all out for 116.
Wicket takers for Banchory were Ian Pennington ( 3 for 17), Richard Perry ( 3 - 36), Calum Dickinson (2 -13) and Sean Wicks ( 1-18).
This was an important victory for Banchory, everyone contributed with bat and ball but skipper Pennington was deservedly man-of-the-match.
The win promoted Banchory to the top of Grade 3 by 4 points.
