Cadets of 2367 (Banchory) Squadron Air Training Corps were in high spirits after scooping First Place at the first ever North East Scotland Wing ATC Athletics Competition on 13th May.
North East Scotland Wing ATC (previously Aberdeen and North East Scotland Wing) was formed last year and Banchory Squadron will be the first to have its name engraved on the new trophy for Athletics.
Fourteen cadets represented the squadron in various events such as high jump, javelin, 400m relay and shot.
Among them they collated a more than impressive eight gold, nine silver and four bronze medals.
As well as individual medals Banchory came first in the Junior Girls and second in the Senior Girls categories.
Cadet Josh Hare took joint third place for the overall Junior Boys with Cadets Chloe Caustin and Bryony Morkel taking joint second for Junior Girls.
Cadet Jessica Stuart came in second place overall for the Senior Girls category.
The cadets who were awarded medals will now go on to represent North East Scotland Wing Air Training Corps down at Grangemouth Stadium this Sunday (June 3).
