A local charity is looking for golfers to take part in one of its most popular fundraising events.
Archway, which supports adults and children with learning difficulties, is once again taking to the greens of Peterculter Golf Club on Friday, May 18.
The annual event is a popular date on the North-east golfing calendar and attracted more than 80 people to last year’s tournament.
The event, which is for teams of four, is an ideal day out for friends or colleagues and includes a round of golf and refreshments throughout the day.
Teams will also be invited to take part in a prize giving ceremony following the event.
Fundraising and PR manager for Archway, Janine Davies, said: “Last year saw us celebrate the 10th anniversary of the event and everyone who attended the day had a fantastic time.
“I am sure this year will be no different and we have already had a great deal of interest from individuals and companies which have supported us in the past. The event plays an important part in our yearly fundraising activities while also giving our supporters the opportunity to get together with friends and colleagues while also supporting Archway.”
To enter a team or for further information, contact Janine Davies on 01224 317060 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Entry fees are all inclusive at £325 per team.
