Four swimmers from Upper Deeside ASC travelled to Cults on Saturday to compete in their first meet of the season, the Cults Otters Bibby Challenge.
Crawford Evans (12), Merryn Thomson (12) and Daniel Green (14), all from Aboyne, and Alasdair Bruce (14) from Ballater, competed in a range of 100m, 200m and 400m events.
Daniel Green was awarded the trophy for the most points scored by a 13-14 year old boy, with one gold medal, four silvers and one bronze.
All of the other UD swimmers achieved excellent personal best times during the day.
Upper Deeside ASC are looking for new members, and will be holding a taster session shortly at Aboyne Pool.
