Banchory Boys U17’s face Glasgow opposition in the Scottish Youth FA Challenge Cup semi-final at Crombie Park, Culter, this weekend.
Harmony Row travel up from Glasgow and the winners will go on to play in the Scottish Cup final.
Banchory have a near full squad to select from but will still be missing influential midfielder Riain Findlay who is slowly coming back from cruciate ligament damage.
The squad have been training hard for the game and met up with Aberdeen Captain, Andrew Considine on Wednesday night who was keen to pass on advice to the boys before the historic match.
The game itself is a 1pm kick off at Culter Juniors Crombie Park.
It is £3.00 an adult and £1 for children.
The club and team are hoping to see a good crowd attend and cheer them on on Sunday as this is the first time a Deeside team has reached this stage in the cup.
The U17s played at the week-end and won 5-4 against Middlefield Wasps in the league.
Scorers were Liam Nicoll (2), Sam Smith (2) and one from Henry Rowett.
The game was end to end, played at Inverdee Aberdeen where Seb Leslie in goal had to pull off three top - drawer saves to achieve the win.
The performance bodes well for the big match on Sunday.
