UDASC prevail again!

The last weekend in November swimming clubs from as far afield as Skye descend on Aboyne to compete for the annual Challenge Trophy meet, hosted by Upper Deeside ASC.

With the lead changing several times during the day, and a particularly complex points system dictating the shifting positions of individual swimmers at the end of each of the 24 events, it was anyone’s guess by the time the evening presentations were made, as to who had taken the title.

Finally, Banchory Beavers were announced in third place, Westhill District as runners-up, and Upper Deeside, winners of the Challenge Trophy for the third consecutive year.
