Banchory & Upper Deeside at Alford Otters 200 Meet

Banchory Beavers ASC had a great day racing on Sunday producing lots of fantastic PB’s and brought home 22 medals.

The team spirit was in evidence throughout the day culminating in an exciting 4 X 50 freestyle relay where Banchory won gold. Well done to all those that took part - great effort.

A team of 11 Upper Deeside swimmers also travelled to Fraserburgh on Sunday to compete at the Alford 200’s swim meet.

It was an excellent Meet for them winning Best Girl, 10 Golds, 4 Silvers and 4 Bronze medals. The relay Teams won Silver and Bronze.

To top it off they came away with Best Overall Club. The Team comprised of Elle Sutherland, Lily Croll, Sasha Eriksson, Leila Fernandez, Cameron McGowan, Callum Ronald, Liam Petrie, Calum Dempster, Ethan Sutherland, Douglas Stewart and Corey Liversedge.
