A set of portrait paintings by Aboyne based artist Stephanie Vandem will be going on a cultural expedition throughout the North-east.
The pictures of six young women are portrait studies of beauty.
The models work at coffee shop and emporium the Black Faced Sheep.
Stephanie plays with notions of ‘public and private’, capturing aspects of the girls’s personalities that are less visible to the public.
After Aboyne the ladies head to Aberdeen Inspired at Union Terrace Gardens on April 17-19. Then to Ballater for Victoria Week (venue TBC). They were going to visit Banchory however no venue has been secured. If you want to exhibit them get in touch with the artist on firstname.lastname@example.org
