Fiddle me this: learn with Paul
Renowned Deeside fiddler, Paul Anderson is planning a new venture by beginning regular fiddle classes in Banchory, birthplace of the legendary “Strathspey King” James Scott Skinner.
Paul, a winner of the coveted Glenfiddich Scottish fiddle championship and a former member of the Banchory Strathspey and Reel Society, has been teaching for around twenty years and his pupils have been winning championships all over Scotland.
“At the moment I regularly teach in Huntly, Braemar and Tarland and with so many young players in and around Banchory, I thought there might be one or two who’d be interested in some specialised Scottish fiddle tuition.
Paul intends to start lessons on a fortnightly basis with players of moderate to advanced ability within a couple of weeks and he can be contacted at – [email protected]
