Pop-Ups will be in The Steading each weekend throughout May and June.

The estate is offering individuals, organisations and businesses, the chance to occupy a ‘Pop-Up’ shop at The Steading within its Milton of Crathes complex on the outskirts of Banchory throughout May and June.

The unit, which occupies the building adjacent to the Milton Art Gallery, attracted a wide range of pop-up shops last year with everything from photography to arts and crafts, wooden sculptures, clothing and jewellery being showcased by artists and makers.

With space within the unit available to rent on a weekend basis, the estate hopes that the pop-up unit will provide a much-needed opportunity for local entrepreneurs to showcase their products, crafts and talents during what has been a challenging time for the retail sector.

Pop-Ups will be in The Steading each weekend from April 30 – May 2 until mid-June, with some spaces still available for interested enterprises.

Information about each weekend will be posted on the Milton of Crathes Facebook page.
