The CEO of a Cults-based firm will be taking on two momentous challenges this year as part of the 2016#activAlison campaign.
Alison Sellar, chief of activpayroll, is preparing to cycle more than 730km in two major events in aid of four different charities.
Alison will complete her first cycle of the year in Scotland, with the second more than 6,000 miles away in Vietnam. In August she will take part in Ride North, a two-day cycle covering 281km through the Grampian Highlands. And in November, she will travel to South East Asia to embark on the Woman V Cancer expedition which will see her cycle 450km from Vietnam to Cambodia in only six days.
Alison said: “I’m aware of how physically demanding these cycles will be, but I love a challenge and will do anything I can to help such deserving charities.”
She is looking for businesses to make a donation to any of the four chosen charities: Woman V Cancer, Maggie’s, Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and Friends of Anchor. In return they will have the chance to display their logo on her cycling gear and be thanked throughout the #activAlison campaign.
