One of Banchory’s long established businesses moved premises last week to a more high profile spot on the town’s High Street.
Megs Attic has taken occupancy of the former ‘Phyllis of Banchory’ ladies fashions shop, after a comprehensive refurbishment at the shop.
Owner, Moira Gilbert, has been in business at Megs Attic from more than ten years, and thought the time was right to take the opportunity to move to a new location. The fabric and craft shop also provides evening classes which are very poplar with the crafters these days. Moira chose three generations of her family to officially open the new store , with herself, her daughter Carol, and granddaughter Emilie having a small, medium and large red ribbon to cut to mark the occasion.
