A public meeting will be held in Westhill next week to discuss Aberdeen Football Club’s proposed new stadium at Kingsford.
It has been organised by Westhill and Elrick Community Council.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday in the Holiday Inn at 7pm.
Plans were announced by the Dons earlier this year to build a £40million stadium and training academy on a site between Westhill and Kingswells.
The proposals have divided opinion in the area.
The club held a series of public exhibitions during the summer to outline its plans before an application is lodged.
Community council chairwoman Shona Collins said: “Although no planning application has yet been submitted, the proposal is of great interest to Westhill residents and we want to hear what they have to say about it.
“The event will be a chance for the public to share their views on the stadium proposal, whether for or against. Hopefully any questions may be answered.
“We will also be stressing to residents the importance of making their views known to Aberdeen City Council when - as expected - a plan is formally tabled.”
