Police are appealing for householders to be vigilant after two sneak-in thefts on Donside.
They are appealing for information following the incidents in the Muir of Fowlis and Craigievar areas during the evening of Friday, November 11, and into the following day.
Two garages which had been left unlocked were targeted at rural properties. Power tools worth a low four-figure sum were taken from both locations.
Officers have reminded residents to check that doors and windows are locked at all times.
