cromar History Group has a programme of illustrated talks and a musical evenings organised over the coming six months.
Though the topics are wide ranging, each has a connection in some way to local history.

Songs of North East Scotland by Shona Donaldson on January 10; Braemar Royal Highland Society by Bill Meston on February 7; Ishbel’s Houses - Alastrean & Other Grand Designs in the Life of Lady Aberdeen by Simon Welfare on March 14.
Venue for meetings, which start at 7.30pm, is the Commercial Hotel for the rest of this year and thereafter, the MacRobert Hall.
