NINETEEN teams took part in the annual Rotary Club of Westhill & District charity competition held at Westhill Golf Club and raised over £3,000.
The 12th tee looked like an up market car dealership as a Bentley, a Ferrari and two Maseratis (courtesy of Graypaul, Edinburgh ) were displayed there.
There was a nearest the hole competition at the 11th par 3, where the prize was the use of a Maserati Grand Cabrio for a whole weekend. The lucky winner of this prize was Dennis Melvin.
The overall winner of the competition was City Financial and the runners-up were Erinvale Cattery.
Rotary President Iain McCombie presented the prizes including a crystal trophy to the winners with a round of golf for three at Gleneagles.
This successful event is expected to raise in excess of £3000 for the benefit of Rotary charities.
