Businesses around the Cairngorms National Park are to learn the secrets of first class customer experience from the Olympic Games Park Manager next month.
Clive Stephens, General Manager of the Olympic Park, London 2012 will share his vision and insight into customer experiences at the Cairngorms Business Partnership Conference on November 8 in a session aimed at giving businesses the building blocks of customer care suited to any business.
