The teenager charged with the murder of Bailey Gwynne will make his first public appearance at the High Court in Glasgow today.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, stands accused of stabbing the Cults Academy pupil to death on October 28, 2015.
He is also charged with being in possession of a bladed weapon and an offensive weapon while on school grounds.
The teenager has already made two appearances in private court on petition at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, where he made no plea to the charges, and was remanded in custody.
His application to be freed on bail while awaiting trial was denied.
