Top botanist to speak

Botanist Professor Ian Alexander, from the School of Biological Sciences, will be the guest speaker at the last in the series of evening classes hosted by Banchory Horticultural Society.

The presentation is entitled “Primula and Iris for local Gardens” and will take place on Monday, April 21, at 7.30pm in the East Church hall. All are welcome. Members are £1, non members £3 and refreshments will be served.

The next event in the Society’s calendar will be the annual plant sale and coffee morning on Saturday, May 31, from 10-12.30 in the Scout HQ.
