Culter’s hopes of retaining the Superleague title were dealt a blow after being held to a 1-1 draw by Banks o’ Dee at Crombie Park.

In a game of few chances Culter went ahead in the 74th minute, Adam WILSON’s powerful 25 yard free kick gave the Dee keeper no chance.

Dee hit back in the 83rd minute when Farquhar pulled down Greig in the box and the referee pointed to the spot. Farquhar was shown the red card and replaced in goal by McIntosh but his first job was to pick the ball out of the net after HUNTER had sent him the wrong way.
