Bodyslams and suplexes were dished out in double-doses this past Saturday night as wrestling action returned to Banchory.
The WrestleZone event at the Town Hall was supported by a loud and enthusiastic audience as the stars of the local promotion provided the family-friendly entertainment.
For rookie Jimbo Bannon, the event proved to be a big success as he scored the submission victory over Lord Mr. Malice.
There was also a shock in the night’s main event as Damien pulled out the victory over Zach Dynamite and current singles champion Scotty Swift.
There were also victories for Mr. P, Bryan Tucker, Andrew Wilde and Jason Reed during another intense night of action on Royal Deeside.
WrestleZone host Martyn Clunes said: “The fans loved every minute of the action and it was clearly an important night for all the wrestlers involved.
“It was quite the impressive victory for Jimbo and he is progressing very well thanks to his training at the WrestleZone Training Academy in Aberdeen.
“Thanks to everyone who turned out to support – we can’t wait to return to Banchory next year.”
