Banchory and District Round Table are in the the final stages of preparing for the bonfire and fireworks display this Saturday, November 8, in the King George the V park.

The event has been organised by the Round Table for over 30 years and has been a mainstay in the Banchory calendar for many families.

This year will see Banchory Pipe Band opening the evening, before the lighting of the first firework at 6.30pm.

Fireworks Scotland will then put on another great fireworks display. The event is free, however donations on the evening go to ensure the night not only is a a great night out, but also generates money for local good causes and charities. The display is run by volunteers.
